Terms on 3D Printing

You'll find our prices are very competitive considering the quality and professionalism we provide.

We base our printing rate on just $5-$7 per hour machine time, $30 per hour human time, $15 setup. ( Setup fee is waived on large print jobs )‍

Note:

• Exotic materials (ABS, PETG, CF etc) add $2ph
• Servicing fee $120 per hour
• CAD work $120 per hour
• Minimum callout fee $90
• Standard quality: 0.20 mm layer height, 100mm/s print speed, 1mm outer shell, 20% infill
• High quality ( increases print time cost ) 0.08mm layer height, 80mm/s print speed

Terms:

• Custom parts and new clients - Prepaid
• 30 day credit terms available on completion of application form

Warranty:

• All work is covered by your consumer rights in New Zealand.
• All work is covered by warranty to be fit for purpose - if there is a quality issue, we reserve the right to reprint or refund.
