Terms on 3D Printing

You'll find our prices are very competitive considering the quality and professionalism we provide.

• Machine time: NZ$5–7 per hour
• Human time: NZ$30 per hour
• Setup fee: NZ$15 (waived on large print jobs)
• Exotic materials (ABS, Glow, CF etc): add $2ph
• Servicing and CAD work: $120 per hour
• Minimum call-out fee: $90

Print Quality Options:

• Draft: 0.3 mm layer height, 100mm/s print speed
• Standard: 0.20 mm layer height, 100mm/s print speed, 1mm outer shell, 20% infill
• High:  0.08mm layer height, 80mm/s print speed ( increases print time cost )

• Custom parts and new clients - Prepaid
• 30 day credit terms available on completion of application form

‍Scope & Change Requests‍

• Every project stage (design, prototype, production) requires your written sign-off.
• Any revisions after approval will incur additional charges at our standard rates.

Warranty:

• All work is covered by your consumer rights in New Zealand.
• All work is covered by warranty to be fit for purpose - if there is a quality issue, we reserve the right to reprint or refund.
• We’re not liable for delays caused by changes or late approvals.
